Terrible service. Been on the phone since 10am on the 30/04/26 till just before 5pm to try and cancel as im moving premises. No answer from retentions department and the voice prompt keeps saying im number one in the queue. Spoke to Palesa and Fatima who advised they will send a request for someone to call me back.no one called. Sent an email and no reply. Currently on their live chat and no response. Such an *********** company. Quick to take monthly debt order, but no after sales.
Been trying to contact Mweb retentions for 2 days. The automated idiotic voice prompt keeps saying I'm first in line, and all the representatives are currently busy. TWO days in a row. 15/04/2026 on the phone with 3 different agents who transferred me to retentions, spent over 2 hours on the phone. This is one of the most useless service providers I have ever dealt with. We are now on day 2, 16/04/2026. Holding for 15min. Again all representatives are busy, but I'm first in line. Mweb is quick to take your money, but no after service.
Went to the stoneridge branch, and the service was terrible. We where served cold food. Had to ask 3 time for my drink. They more interested in the uber and mr d orders.
Extremely terrible service with sales consultants who just want to make a sale and they don't provide proper feedback. Never managers available to assist or escalate any issue. Will never use this provider again. Empty and false promises.
Totally useless.. almost 2 hours for delivery and still the food received was wrong. Order via Uber eats, now the driver says he only collects and delivers. Paid for food that wasn't ordered.
Most pathetic service provider ever. No contact details. A BOT that's as stupid as anything. GET your ACT in order!!! Look at the reviews your company gets. And you wonder why companies like yours close down and people don't have work.
I waited 5days for a delivery. When I contacted them they say someone came to my door, which is a lie as I was at home on leave. The the person on the chat says they will re-arrange delivery, the more I ask when, the more they avoid the question. They then give me a number which doesn’t work and cuts the chat off.
Pathetic service from a Major insurance company. They have no sense of urgency and no one gets back to you. As per my previous Hello Peter post, I got a call from someone dealing with complaints, she gave me her details to contact her on directly if I have a problem. Not to my surprise, she doesn't respond to emails as well. What a waste
Worst insurance company to ever have a policy with. Two months later and still no assessor to check my leaking roof. They cant give you reference numbers for the calls. Quick to take your money every month but try and claim... There contractors are even worst.
Twice in one week where vodacom ***** up. I speak to a 'supervisor' by the name of Siphiso Msibi who confirmed he logged a service request on Monday 24/10/22. My phone eventually started working at 6pm that night, after loosing out on a days work. Today 28/10/22 I have the same issue, I contacted the customer care department and after 5 calls get hold of someone. Kabisile from the customer care department confirmed Siphiso Msibi and no one else at vodacom logged this service request. She arranged for her supervisor Neo Nthete to call me back, he calls and the phone cut. I call back and then they say he is out and will call in 10 min cos he was out.. 1 hr later and still no call. I had to call in again, and all of a sudden he is available. Not a surprise, but no service request was logged yet. Now they tell me since its Friday and no one works on a weekend I have to wait till Monday for the issue to be sorted out. Look at this bull****. You are a so called leading service provider. With this type of service from your 'support service' how can you expect your clients to have any faith in the service you provide. A bunch of useless idiots is the only words I can use.
