Loosing my points
When ever I'm in McDonald's victory park, rustenburg road I've never had the perfect experience. I always loose my points when I redeem. This is the 2nd and they always lie to me that I'll get them back.

Useless customer service
Customer service is useless. Been calling them since Monday till today they haven’t solved my dstv account. Its been a week now since they said they’ll call me. I’ve been calling them everyday, still they tell me the same nonsense that the supervisor will call me.

The Shell garage at Dobsonville (Ndingiliza)...they have such poor service ever since the owner passed away,you get there and the petrol attendants are just relaxed but its early in the morning....you wait for them for more than 10 minutes that time the garage is not busy at all its empty....they are slacking very much its frustrating

Poor service
I bought a bucket for 1 and a mini loaf. That lady didn’t put in the load. I returned from Florida when i got there because I bought at drive through i went to the lady who’s taking orders she was ok to me and told me to drive to collections. The pregnant lady who give out for the same one who didn’t put in my mini loaf was so rude to me

Poor service
I was at chicken licken in Edenvale(corner Van Riebeeck and 2nd St) around 2/3pm on the 11/08/2020. I ordered lunch meal with a coke light and a salsa. Only to find out now 5:13pm that they gave me a coleslaw salad and one piece of chicken. And i think they gave me someones order because i over heard them say “hae we must fix him give him two chicken breasts” and guess wat they gave me one they forgot to put another one unfortunately.

Poor service
Pnp in north ridding. Service is so off. For less than 10 items we where more than 15 and i stood there for 14min max because the was only one teller opened. Thats poor service
