I believe they are in cohoorts with Office Stash. No response. I ended up receiving a response that they will refund me via Above books and to this day i am waiting on my refund. Everybody still waiting on refunds or books. Please lay your complaint with the Consumer Goods and Services ombudsman tel: 0117812607. This is their website: https://www.cgso.org.za/decision-tree/ They really need to be exposed for who they are before the do this to more suffering students

I placed an order on 2026/03/31 (#245555) and made payment via EFT on the same day, since then my order's tracking status has not moved. It says my order is "Getting Prepared". I have tried to phone them on 087 188 8093 and have sent several emails - all without any response of results. I would really like to cancel my order and get a refund due to their lack of commitment or and client feedback and all over services. At this point, my view is that their hosting a *****ulent website.

the cell no.provided does not work. no way of communicating except email. ordered and paid for a book advertised. after a month no book and no feedback. eventually my email was rep**** to with anonymous apology on apology with promises to refund. nothing came of it. now almost 7weeks later still no feedback and no refund.....thus i see it as money ******

Horrible service, no contact info, they promise to deliver then it will be story after story, i v asked for my refund, still waiting.. its a **** run, i dont know how they allowed to operate..where do we report such businesses.. its pure ****ming.. when you it run..

I ordered 2 Macmillan dictionaries for my kids on the 10th Feb 2026 at the cost of R592 inclusive of delivery, now it's 17 April still no delivery, I recently requested a refund and was asked to send my banking details of which I did, still no money refunded, Hello Peter pliz help us to locate Above Books.

I bought mathematics grade 6 textbook on 6th March nothing since now I send many emails complaining only now they sent invoice no, I dont trust them all I want is my book plz can the deliver.. At first they promised it's gonna take 3 to7 days, but now it's been a month, I paid for delivery 😭
