Do not waste your money with this boutique,they false advertise and will never contact you let alone refund you,Im defeated,their service is the worst.They claim to process orders within 7-28 working days and that's a lie.I need my money back.
I feel everyone's pain,and I'm on 7 days without Internet....On the 1st of July I woke up to no internet, turned out WA cancelled my line. No warning and no reason. Even the few humans I managed to get hold of didn't know what was going on,(20+ chats later). Every time you chat to them they transfer you and the chat ends. Then you get told u will get a callback and never happens.I have now laid a formal complaint against Webafrica. They are quick to bill but when it comes to delivering a service they are useless. I will also do a stop order with my bank to stop all further payments from Webafrica as I am not paying for a service I am not getting. I know then somebody will contact me and ask why the payments have been declined. #USELESS In my entire life I have never ever encountered incompetence of this level.Their incompetence is on another level,its like they don't care.
NO MATTER HOW DESPERATE YOU ARE.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.THEIR SERVICE IS THE WORST.EASY TO GET THEM WHEN YOU WANT TO SIGN UP.AFTER THAT YOU ON YOUR OWN.I REGRET SUBSCRIBING WITH THEM.THE WORST DECISION OF MY LIFE SO DAR.
Guys your service is the worst.I made a purchase on the 19th of December from Crocs. It was given to dpd laser on the same day. Since this Monday I've been getting smss everyday that my parcel is out for delivery,but never delivered.Yesterday I got a sms that the Parcel could not be delivered because the company is closed.I called back and after holding for long I was told the parcel is out for delivery and will be delivered after 1pm,the sms was sent by error.Mind you,the parcel has been out for delivery everyday since December.This morning I get another sms saying delivery failed due to wrong address,I called again and the guy asked me to confirm my cell number and address,he couldn't tell me why the parcel hasn't been delivered and he dropped the call.I called again within seconds and held for minutes,I'm not sure if its the same guy that picked this time,but it sounded like him,this time he lied and said he couldn't pick up the tracking number I gave him,after verifying it for more than 3 times,he still could not pick it up.When I asked what happened in a few minutes between the last call and this one,he said he can't help me if he can't pick up the tracking number,then he dropped the phone.I mean what kind of service is this,clearly all your agents have been taught to drop calls if they have no answers,or its just one agent who's behaving this way.Please help me get my money or parcel back...I've run out of patience,and to think Dplaser offices are 10min away from me,I really wonder what the problem is,have you lost my parcel perhaps.All this drama really doesn't make sense
