Pathetic service from Debonairs pizza

What a shamble service I received from this store. On Tuesday 02September 2025 exactly at 18:10 pm I placed an order for 2x larger classic pizza. This order was done on line. After making a payment I received a confirmation notification saying “ estimated delivery time is 18:45pm. At around 19:05 I called the house to check if the pizza was delivered? Auntie confirmed that no delivery yet. 19:07 I called the *** number that’s listed under their website to enquire about my order. The call was answered by a customer agent whom she confirmed that indeed the order was supposed to be delivered at 18:45, she promised to call the store and find out what is happening she will call me back and she didn’t. I called again at 19:22, an agent answered, she told me the same thing that she can see my order was supposed to be delivered at 18:45 she needs to check with the store what is going on she’s going to call me back, I waited still no call from Debonair, at 19:28 I called again, same story, the last agent she just ignored me while venting out my frustration, no sympathy whatsoever instead she told me “ I’m at call centre so I don’t know what could have happened” I demanded to speak with her manager, she ignored me. Mind you I stay 2 minutes away from the store but unfortunately I was out of town hence I couldn’t go picked up by myself, the order was for kids dinner. At 8pm only then I received a call from the delivery guy saying he’s at the gate to deliver pizza. What pains me is the fact that I asked auntie not to cook I will buy them pizza for dinner. My 6 year old daughter went to bed hungry as she was eagerly waiting for the pizza to arrive. Even today Debonairs never called me to apologise whatsoever. I will never ever again order pizza from them. They have zero respect for customers, no customer care whatsoever
