I placed an order on 2026/03/31 (#245555) and made payment via EFT on the same day, since then my order's tracking status has not moved. It says my order is "Getting Prepared". I have tried to phone them on *** and have sent several emails - all without any response of results. I would really like to cancel my order and get a refund due to their lack of commitment or and client feedback and all over services. At this point, my view is that their hosting a *****ulent website.
