The only thing they know is surge fees but no assistance

I have been awaiting feedback for 22 mins, my order has been open for over 1hour and now they're not answering their phones. Comes a time to charge surge fees that don't even make sense, they will debit your account. There's no way I have to wait for 30 mins for an escalation. I want my order ??
