I split a 500-page reference book into smaller sections for my study group. The split pdf function was intuitive – I could select ranges and download them separately. Everyone could focus on just their chapter instead of carrying the whole file. The naming system was neat too, so none of us got confused with mixed up files.

I’m a middle school teacher and often merge worksheets into one pdf for weekly handouts. zendocs let me combine four different math exercises in less than a minute. The students appreciated not having to flip between multiple pages. The interface feels simple enough that I don’t need extra training to use it every week.

I used it to fill out a 10-page insurance form. The text fields lined up well, though sometimes I had to adjust spacing so it didn’t overlap. Still better than printing everything and writing by hand. I wish it had more font options but overall it saved me time and ink.

Had a contract draft where the signature page accidentally ended up in the middle. With the reorder pages tool I just dragged it to the end and exported a clean version. It’s small stuff like this that saves me from reprinting or bugging the client. I’ve also noticed exporting is fast, no long waiting times.

As a freelance consultant, I send sensitive proposals. The password protect pdf option is straightforward and reliable. I shared a file with a client and they confirmed it opened only with the code I provided. It feels professional to lock documents this way – no more worrying if my files are floating around unsecured.

I used the annotate pdf option to add comments on a ***orker’s draft. It worked, but the text box placement was a bit finicky when I zoomed in. I figured it out after some practice, but it could be smoother. That said, the highlighting worked great and I could share the annotated file without issues.

I’m in grad school and constantly piecing together lecture slides and readings. Using the merge pdf option made it possible to combine everything into one file – way easier to keep track of. Pages didn’t get shuffled and the order stayed exactly how I wanted. I sent it to a classmate and she had no trouble opening it on her tablet.

I needed to adjust a job application PDF last minute and the edit pdf tool worked smoothly. Text changes were quick, fonts stayed consistent, and I didn’t have to reformat everything. Compared to the clunky software I used before, this saved me real time. I liked how simple the menu was and I didn’t have to dig through confusing options.
