My experience with Yutiliti Fibre has been extremely disappointing. The service was unreliable from the start, and despite charging me, the internet was never even installed. After numerous attempts to resolve the issue and repeated follow-ups, I was left frustrated by the lack of communication and assistance. In the end, I had no choice but to move to another service provider. Customers deserve proper service, accountability, and support, and unfortunately that was not my experience at all.

If i can I would rate them 0. They are most horible service provider I had missfortune to come across.Quick to promise (i wanted to say quick to lie) but unable to deliver. So i was promised that my fiber would be unstaled "Friday latest Monday". Nobody called or show up Friday. On Monday I send mesage and gor that they will have update that week?! No, that was not agreed. So I cancel their service. Huess what, they are chargeing me money for their service claiming its my foult since i canceled before they could deliver! Horible people, horible customer care with attetude. Do not have anything with them. *****s!

good experience dealing with the cancellation team at Yutiliti. The agent I spoke to was professional, calm, and very helpful throughout the process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood all the steps involved. handled it in a way that made the whole process smooth and straightforward. sorry did not get his name

If I could give 1/4 of a star I would. Their fibre goes on and off non stop. Tehy took my account from Shesha whom I was with for more than two years and now expect me to pay a cancellation fee for a service they only half provide. Shocking. They have now switched my internet off even though I have paid for the 30 days notice. Is this even legal?
