If I could give 1/4 of a star I would. Their fibre goes on and off non stop. Tehy took my account from Shesha whom I was with for more than two years and now expect me to pay a cancellation fee for a service they only half provide. Shocking. They have now switched my internet off even though I have paid for the 30 days notice. Is this even legal?
Noboy can help with an account top up issue. I was on the phone for an hour and put through to several different people and so it went on until I just could not. All I wanted to do was top up my account so that I could send a takalot parcel but it would not allow me to and nobody could help They collect parcels late on a regular basis resulting in my account with takalot being suspended
9 kg gas bottle lasts a week on stove top burners and owner says there is nothing wrong with the gas. The regulator and pipes are new so there is no gas leakage. the flame is burning yellow with bits of blue. the bottles were selaed with clear plastic and not the normal red or green so they could have just used a heat gun to seal the plastic
Absolutely shocking after service. It has taken 3 weeks and my fridge has still not been repaired. DO NOT BUY A SAMSUNG FRIDGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Never believe a SAMSUNG 10 year warranty on a refrigerator compressor. They are lying. No afterservice and they just give you the run around. Five different telephone numbers and all say "a technician will give you a call to set up an appointment" What a joke!!!!
they have failed to settle a lightning damage claim for over a year. I have done half their work no assessor has been to see and we just keep getting the run around
