Woodstock Laundry disappointing after sales service
The items looked great online, so decided to support a local company, as we often do, and purchase pajama's. When the items arrived they were a strange fit-tops flare out and shorts are too big and gape (there is no option to order a different size top and bottom.) When wanting to return, we were surprised to see that the company expected us to pay for the courier. After paying this amount, we received notice what we did not qualify for a refund. Looking closely at the refund policy, it became clear that a lot of people obviously try to return or exchange their items as there is a range of "proviso's" whereby to don't qualify for a refund. Never ever had a problem with any other company having items returned or exchanged like this. Most companies want their customers to be happy with their purchase. I definitely don't recommend WL, if you are unhappy with the size or fit you will have to pay to return it and you might not be able to either. Rather shop somewhere that does returns, has better after sales policy, cares about customers and has better fits.

Horrendous after sales service.
We bought products from this online store. Everything from purchase to delivery was great but when we opened the products we found that they had sent the wrong sizes on two products. We've been sending emails and calling. The automated email reply says they will get back within 48 hours but we still wait and when you call there is only a voice service answering. Terrible after sales
