Exceptional Service from Chereen Collins
After a long and frustrating journey dealing with Whitfield Property management in Gauteng— being passed from pillar to post without any real progress — I finally decided to visit their Fourways offices in person. That’s when I met Chereen Collins, and what an incredible turnaround it was!
Chereen not only took the time to listen to my frustration but also went the extra mile to assist me and fully resolve my issue. Her professionalism, empathy, and dedication truly restored my faith in great customer service.
A huge thank you to Chereen for stepping up and delivering the kind of service that makes a real difference. WHITFIELD PROPERTY is lucky to have someone like her on their team! 👏🙌
Honestly rating the 5 star is for Chereen Collins and not the company, because their receptionist is so rude on calls and in person. The Sandridge Village account manager is also not helpful.
