Whatsapp Messenger to be sued for blocking users off app without providing legitimate reasons

Worst communications platform with no customer support. They continuously provide you with various links to support but none lead to a resolution but rather lines and lines of unnecessary information which is of no help. They continuously block users off the platform stating that a 24hour review is to be conducted. They provide no reason for why this happens and nor do they resolve until 8 to 24hrs later. This is unacceptable and ridiculous on behalf of Meta. All they do is tell you to read the guidelines to ensure that you are protected and whatever but I should decide what spam messages I want to allow on my phone on the number I pay for and data that I buy with my money. It's unacceptable that there's no support centre in South Africa. The platform leads you down to automated robots merely noting your details but cannot provide you with any feedback. Pathetic app and I hope that the creator of WhatsApp that his ***** rots in his pants for making us this frustrated
