As a contractor for this manufacturer, we have done work over a period of 2 months for them in March and April. Till today we still have to ask for our payment. They have no consideration for the contractors that have already outlayed money to service their clients . Their CEO Themb Nkosi refuses to take calls and is as useless as all of his staff. This is the worst company to do work for and their product is just as bad or even worse then they are!!!.

THIS MUST BE THE WORST BUSSINESS THAT I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH THE PROBLEM IS I COULD NOT DEAL WITH THEM I HAVE 5 OR 6 WARRANTEE NUMBERS ALL OF THEM JUST RING FAKE HOLD TIMES HOPE NO ONE EVER HAS TO DEAL WITH THIS BUNCH OF CROOKS I DONT KNOW THE OUTCOME BUT I THINK SANTAM TOOK THE KNOK ON GEYSER REPLACEMENT I HOPE THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY AND THERE STOCK ARE OFF THE MARKET

A star for what ??? 1 star is generous !! I find this very hard to understand, you have 4 numbers listed yet all 4 do not exist ???? If you are still operating, pray the Financial Ombudsman Services do not get a hold of you. You have taken money from people who purchased your disgusting product in Good faith!!! My husband and I have been living in our home for 3 years and have had to call the plumber out 5 times to fix the cheap element installed. You say SOLAR yet the amount of electricity taken is astonishing!!! Finally, your **** product has now burst leaving us with a 35K repair estimate and guess what? we trying to contact you to claim under the 10 YEAR warranty and you DO NOT EXIST!!! This is not the end, I have consumer rights and I am not shy to execute them. I suggest your Managing director gets his act together because come hail high waters I will ensure that every cent paid toward my replacement is reclaimed. I remind him that I will continue to voice my opinion of this company until this is resolved. Look at the reviews??? your clients are complaining and you complaints line DOES NOT EXIST!!!!!! I am really shocked that you do this to people that work hard to support you!!!!! Under the Consumer Protection Act you are to to promote a fair, accessible and sustainable marketplace for consumer products and services and for that purpose to establish national norms and standards relating to consumer protection. You think this is fair?? FIX THIS !!!

Cannot contact WE Geysers or SolarTherm for a warranty claim. The listed numbers are not working and/or out of order. Installation originally done by LangaManzi. Be careful , rather consider an alternative system. I will not use the above again.

My insurance company have been trying to get hold of them for the past few days. Landlines always engaged and cannot get hold of them. If you managed to get through their excuse is always they are waiting for stock. This is really pathetic to say the least of them.

W.E.Geysers seem to try wangle their way out of replacing a geyser that they installed under a 10 year replacement warranty. It has been 8 days since my Geyser burst and they still have not replaced the geyser. Their client service is so poor that they do not even contact me to advise the progress of my claim. Between Standard Bank and W.E.Geysers this is very disappointing and quite frankly ridiculous.
