Hidden cost, long waiting time to talk to an agent, being referred from one department to the next, not recommended. Avoid using Travelstart.
I recently bought a CAT-6 network cable from Takealot. After using the cable I suspected that the cable might not meet the required specification. I requested a compliance certificate / confirmation from Takealot which after numerous emails has not been received. I feel that I have bought a product from Takealot that does not meet the advertised specification, Takealot are not interested in resolving the matter , they have now coldly referred me to the manufacturer for resolution with them. Not acceptable at all.
Super service and super helpful. I strongly recommend them as ISP.
Cannot contact WE Geysers or SolarTherm for a warranty claim. The listed numbers are not working and/or out of order. Installation originally done by LangaManzi. Be careful , rather consider an alternative system. I will not use the above again.
I have been working with the same HP laptop for the last 8 years... it failed over the week end leaving me frustrated and with a massive headache. It runs Windows ... and the Microsoft support center were very helpful in assisting but we couldn't get it fixed. On Monday I called the HP support center and they were amazing , they guided me through some BIOS steps and within an hour or so I was up and running again... this after 8 years and out of Warranty... Well done HP and THANK YOU!!!
BE CAREFUL... Very poor support... had to wait longer than 15 minutes for someone to answer and they couldn't assist me. Prices quoted on the web page changed (i.e. became more expensive) when I progressed to the payment page... NOT RECOMMENDED!
A wonderful experience with Platinum Repairs who were honest in telling me that there was no need to replace the battery of my mobile device, they also cleaned the charging port for free which saved me the cost to install a new charging port. They even deliver my phone at my house... all at no cost. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
My Wurstof knife was damaged, I inquired on the Wursthof webpage if it could be repaired. The local agent for Wursthof contacted me within a day or two offered to replace the knife. I am totally flabbergasted with the approach taken and the super excellent service... Thank you Edison Stone and Wurstof!!!
