DSTV LIVE STREAM
Signed up for steaming package, contacted DSTV, they can see my account but can't help me connect. Have TV directly connected to router, all specs compliant. Can't connect. OTP only says , tried to use too many times. Really ****ed and no assistance from dstv now live streaming. Can't even get a refund or cancel contract. Pathetic.

W.E.Geyers very very poor client service
W.E.Geysers seem to try wangle their way out of replacing a geyser that they installed under a 10 year replacement warranty. It has been 8 days since my Geyser burst and they still have not replaced the geyser. Their client service is so poor that they do not even contact me to advise the progress of my claim. Between Standard Bank and W.E.Geysers this is very disappointing and quite frankly ridiculous.

STANDARD BANK HOME LOAN INSURANCE - VERY VERY POOR CLIENT SERVICE
STANDARD BANK/DURATHERM TERRIBLE SERVICE AND BAD CLIENT RELATIONS Standard Bank have failed to arrange a new geyser from their supplier to replace my one that failed. They keep telling me to contact Duratherm who was the original supplier because the geyser has a 10 year warranty. Duratherm on their side are giving me the run around, they keep saying they will get back to me, same as Standard Bank Insurance department. It has been 5 days now without a working geyser. I have made numerous calls to both companies without any satisfaction. Really, really poor service from both companies. I am a client of Standard Bank and expect them to sort out their supplier not have me do it. Unacceptable.
