Absolutely horrendous pharmacy and extremely unprofessional. I am a very local patient of theirs. When they moved from Mowbray to Claremont, I followed them. I get my family planning there and on my date they failed to communicate with me that they had moved to Plumstead. I went there twice and I will never go again. Upon my arrival today, I was expecting to see a nurse for my 2 month family planning but when I went there I was told that the doctor was not there. I fail to understand why this was not communicated with me but I am also not surprised because they are so unprofessional. I will never be going back and I would never recommend this pharmacy. They don’t even have basic stock. Please don’t waste you time here.

For the past 4 years I have been a customer of Webb & Savoy Pharmacy which has been around for as long as I can remember but, I was told about 6 months ago, is in the process of being taken over. It should be closed down if their service is anything to go on. Through hellopeter.com I complimented Warren earlier last year on personal service, but since then things have just gone from bad to non-existent: medication hasn’t arrived/supplier out of stock/promise to deliver by ... the list goes on and on. And the worst of it is that they claim payment from my medical aid before delivery. What a cheek! They clearly don’t need my business and as my ‘scrips are due (did anyone remind me? Oh no … per chance I called to ask) I will be moving my business to another nearby outlet in the hopes that they know what customer service is all about. Incidentally, if there was a zero star rating I would have given it zilch/nada/nix - and while you're at it, surf the other ratings sites.

Couldn't raise them on landline so called what I thought was the pharmacy's mobile; it turned out to be Warren Groves' private unit. I then visited the pharmacy to pick up my 'scrip; they were out of stock and no trouble for Warren to use this selfsame mobile (his own personal one) to call the supplier and in no time my order was placed. When I questioned Warren about using his own unit his response was, We're all part of the same family business" - and he's not an owner/partner! Lovely attitude.
