What a ****
Firstly I'm only giving Wanejo 1 star because that's the lowest they allow,otherwise it would be no stars at all. I registered on this site,uploaded all documents and played. My balance of R204 just disappeared, the welcome bonus is a sham/****, it's been over 72 hours amd I'm still not verified. I think this site is a waste of time for people who actually wanna place bets. I actually believe that this is a **** and not an actual gambling site because wow it sucks. Ps. Keep my money you useless "things" (again Hello Peter won't let me use more colorfull language.)

This is the worse gaming ever,poor service from verification its poor,because i am using the old ID book which I took around in 2003 their sumsub system can't verify the document, they request me to make affidavit as to why my ID book looks so old, they even declined my ID copy with commission of oath yet they want affidavit, i requested that they take back their bonuses and give me back my deposit they don't want too, they self-excluded my account yet they say it's active even after I send them my screenshot, all other bookmakers can verify my account with my old ID only them it's impossible, i don't understand why can't they force verify using the sumsub because such does happen, its a new thing that the selfie doesn't match ID because id was taken while I was young which is more than 23 years ago, like really how would it match,even now they don't want to refund me, they have self-excluded my account, I just need to find out why am I self excluded without my permission. I will write to the Gambling Board to assist me as to why this company put me under self exclusion without my consent,I don't have any gambling problems at all,and worse the gambling board just gave us training in regards with self exclusion a month ago.

I've been waiting for my documents to be verified and when I contact customer care they don't bother responding, they don't even have a live support you always have to send an email that's not attended and does not reply at all. This platform is a **** 😒 DO NOT DEPOSIT coz of you do you will REGRET IT. I'm angry at myself for not reading the reviews before depositing...

I've been waiting for my documents to be verified and when I contact customer care they don't bother responding, they don't even have a live support you always have to send an email that's not attended and does not reply at all. This platform is a **** 😒 DO NOT DEPOSIT coz of you do you will REGRET IT. I'm angry at myself for not reading the reviews before depositing...

Withdrawal customer support terrible
Terrible service when it comes to withdrawal and customer support I have 3 pending withdrawals before even making withdrawals I had call to ensure all is order with my account and I was advised it was withdrew sent them an email and was advised it will be processed within 72 hrs called the again same story them after 2 days they tell me my account is under audit and they do not have a turn around time as to when the audit will be complete it is terrible that they so not have answers or solutions to any query yet they always stipulate that you must read and comply with T&C I have now concluded to raise a formal complaint to the gambling board as I have called multiple times and emailed several times very bad service never experienced this even with over the boarder gambling
