Terrible customer service on all methods of communication

These people are just terrible in general when it comes to customer service.

You simply cannot get through on the phone.

Their WhatsApp service is just as terrible. You get completely ghosted. I have literally contacted 5 branches over WhatsApp and the level of customer service is just beyond unbelievable.

How are these people still in business but they are so terrible with their customer service??
