This dealership has moved from the best to the worst. I have been with them for almost 10 years- since my first XC60. After visiting two dealerships, they eventually established that the problem is breaks. Volvo Bedfordview couldn't even pick that up. Volvo builds a car that self corrects when you straddle lanes and tells you if a door is open, but the car cannot even indicate when the breaks are low or finished. Mind you, the car just came back from service at Volvo Bedfordview for a 100k service and they probably didn't change the breaks on purpose hoping that they will be changed when the car is out of warranty.

No Volvo Dealer in the country can be compared to Volvo Bedfordview, outstanding customer service all the time. These people know about both the brand as well as the client service. I would like to point out the workshop foreman by the name of Speedy Taole and his team, he is the "engine" of that dealership. I don't have enough words to express myself on how incredible this workshop is. Keep up the excellent work Volvo Bedfordview!!!

I will like to thank Speedy at Volvo Bedfordview for helping me with my Volvo XC90 after experiencing problems and no permanent solution. He went out of call of duty to make sure that I enjoy the vehicle by providing a solution that resolve all problems I had with the car. He didn't only fix the car, he also made sure that my journey was more comfortable from arranging an office for me to continue with my work, collecting the car from home at his spare time, the list is endless. He is the Hero for me. We need person like him. Thank you Speedy

Purchased a car from NMG - second hand car dealership 1 block away from Volvo Bryanston on the basis that Volvo Bryanston gave this car a 100 point check and gave this car the green light. From day 1 I had the following issues. - Auto wipers malfunction - Auto lights malfunction - Drivers seat belt clip faulty - Front right tire misaligned Car was taken back to Volvo 6 times in 8 weeks. Was assured by Volvo (workshop manager - Vic) on the second return visit that this car has not been involved in an accident and that the previous owner most likely just hit a pothole and therefor the reason for the replacement of the front shock. 2 months later, I tried to sell the car as I was having endless issues with it and it was pointed out to me by the potential buyer that most of the car was resprayed, that it seemed like the airbags had been deployed and replaced, both front shocks had been replaced, almost every bolt on the engine had been worked on, the bonnet was not the original etc. Volvo Bryanston says their 100 point check is only a visual inspection - based on the above it doesnt seem like they even looked at this car. On the day I returned the car to NMG - the dealer I bought this from - I took it back to Volvo Bryanston to ask them to verify the comments of the potential buyer I had, and Nick, the service representative confirmed that all the claims from the potential buyer were accurate and that this car definitely had issues and he wasnt sure how these issues were not picked up previously. I have sent 2 requests through to the DP at Volvo Bryanston and I have yet to have any response from them

I am not going to bore you with a huge amount of detail, all I have to say is that I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from Volvo Cars Bedfordview. They just make you feel like you are their only customer, the Sales Manager Mark went out of his way to get me the car that I wanted. The Sales executive Colin was only concerned with me being happy, even if it meant his job being more challenging. And the Business Manager Angie is brilliant at what she does!

Well Done Volvo, service like yours is seldomly experienced!!
