I will like to thank Speedy at Volvo Bedfordview for helping me with my Volvo XC90 after experiencing problems and no permanent solution. He went out of call of duty to make sure that I enjoy the vehicle by providing a solution that resolve all problems I had with the car. He didn't only fix the car, he also made sure that my journey was more comfortable from arranging an office for me to continue with my work, collecting the car from home at his spare time, the list is endless. He is the Hero for me. We need person like him. Thank you Speedy
Don't buy the Milex hurricane airfryer the glass bowl is useless. Mine cracks for no reason after using it twice. It is not covered by the warranty. Milex SA is also not helpful while they are aware of the problem
The worst by far, internet for most of the week and all you get from the call center is sorry for the inconvenience. Sorry for the inconvenience does not pay for the bills. They don't seem to know what the problem is. They don't have the decency of informing customers if they have any problems. The agents know what the problems are but they keep on asking the same question to condult fault finding thinking that the customer is very stupid and wouldn't have tried the same thing 20 million times.they know all the switching on &off, removing and replacing sim, etc do not work and that the problems are within their systems yet they continue to fool their customers. Rain does not deserve my money and support
After the worst experience as a result of Innovation Group, I will like to commend Grant from Nissan Melrose for ensuring that my car was serviced and that the problems and bad service from innovation group were resolved. He went out of his way to ensure that I get the service I deserved. We need service advisors like Grant. Thank you Grant.
<p>I upgraded in August 2016 after seeing a special on the S 7. During the consultation at the Vodashop Mall@redds was promised that there won't be device fee as per the special and also when I change my package to Red Advantage. The quote had a device fee and this was explained to me as the fee for the previous device since i still have 2 months on my contract and after two months it wont reflect on my account. December 2016 checked my statement the device fee still reflecting went to the Vodashop and was promised it will be rectified as i am not expected to pay for the device. March and April 2017 nothing has been done went to the Vodashop they showed me the emails sent to vodacom to correct this. Still today nothing has been done. I visited Vodashop many times and called call center spoke to many vodacom representatives from various units including recovery unit all of them have promised either to escalating my query for it to be resolve urgently and that someone will call me back and no one called. Sometimes they keep me on hold for more than an hour knowing I will eventually drop the call. Sometimes I'm told the manager/supervisor handling my case is out for lunch or on leave they have escalated or will make sure he/she contact me and it does not happen. To date I'm waiting for vodacom to resolve this nothing. The only calls i get are sales of vodacom insurance or other packages. </p> <p>I have never seen such bad service and lies and hope that everyone that read this think twice before taking a vodacom contract. </p>
