This dealership has moved from the best to the worst. I have been with them for almost 10 years- since my first XC60. After visiting two dealerships, they eventually established that the problem is breaks. Volvo Bedfordview couldn't even pick that up. Volvo builds a car that self corrects when you straddle lanes and tells you if a door is open, but the car cannot even indicate when the breaks are low or finished. Mind you, the car just came back from service at Volvo Bedfordview for a 100k service and they probably didn't change the breaks on purpose hoping that they will be changed when the car is out of warranty.
I'm on my second Volvo XC 60 and it will be my last. Volvo is expensive and is supposed to be a premium brand. When you have a problem, you first drive lots of kilometres to get help. When you get there, you don't even get assistance. I drove 40kms yesterday and went to an office of a service supervisor at Volvo Bedfordview (that I have known since he was a technician) and he asked to go and wait in the waiting area. He made me wait close to an hour yesterday because he was busy responding to his emails. I left without getting assistance or being asked what the problem was after waiting for the eternity. Very bad customer service and not even a person at reception. This morning I drove another 40km to Silverlakes Volvo. The reception was better and they found out within 5 minutes drive that the problem with my car was the breaks, as I had already told them. At this dealership, Volvo's have to queue with Havals, GWMs etc. You pay for a premium brand and queue with the rest when you have a problem.
