DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THOSE ****MERS.

I bought a ticket for the Pirates vs Kaizer Chiefs game 26 April 2026. I bought it a few days prior and did not get my ticket. On the day of the event I called and emailed them to find out where my ticket is and they kept on insisting they’ll get in touch with the reseller but clearly did not end up getting in contact with him. I missed the biggest game of the season but they then told me my refund was secured, for the past 3 weeks approaching 4 now I have been calling and emailing every couple of days and they’re agents keep telling me they’ll escalate the matter, everytime I call they say the same thing, no updates nothing I have to be the one to ask for progress. And their website says they have a 10 day policy on refund now we’re heading for triple that time. They are a **** of a company that doesn’t not take customers seriously. Order number: 6*****185
