Rude,arrogant,self centred consultants Good day

To whom it may concern

I need assistance I had called a few minutes ago to query something.

Initially I received a call and I had stated I would settle the account I reverted back to the person paying the account as much as I was the one who went to ukzn but my mother(pensioner) is paying.

So needed to find out if they can be maybe a discount cause she was paying from 15k it’s now around 2k.

I never got the opportunity to ask because of the rude consultant who answered my call and worse I had called with my airtime yet the guy who picked up said ay lady don’t tell me that cause I’m asking u what must we help u with cause u made a promise it says here! My response was you have taken my ID no I have not yet stated why I am calling!

It’s very embarrassing how that consultant has conducted himself, maybe do better in people you hiring. I would like a call back to discuss way forward maybe with someone who has not had a bad day, cause it seemed I was inconveniencing him by calling!
