Refund Delay & Poor Administrative Service
I have now raised two separate tickets regarding my refund, which is well overdue beyond the stated 21 working day payout policy. This lack of response and failure to adhere to your own terms is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your service standards.
At this point, I will be documenting this as a negative review of your business. I strongly advise others to think carefully before enrolling in any educational courses through this institution, as the administrative processes and customer support require significant improvement.

15 Apr 2026, 06:44What will this help with the solution. The financial depa tment can not confirm a date and this has been going on since the beginning of February which is redicilous. A generic answer is no solution at this point.
