I have now raised two separate tickets regarding my refund, which is well overdue beyond the stated 21 working day payout policy. This lack of response and failure to adhere to your own terms is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your service standards. At this point, I will be documenting this as a negative review of your business. I strongly advise others to think carefully before enrolling in any educational courses through this institution, as the administrative processes and customer support require significant improvement.
Emeris misled me regarding the registration process and subsequently changed the requirements without proper communication. I am still awaiting my registration refund, which is now overdue and in breach of your own 21-working-day policy. The lack of clear and timely communication from your organization is unacceptable, and I request immediate resolution of this matter.
I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received. The call centre experience has been frustrating — each agent I speak to gives a different answer, and there seems to be no consistency or proper record of previous interactions. To make matters worse, I was never formally notified about the change in the package I originally signed up for. This kind of lack of transparency is unacceptable, especially when debit orders are processed quickly and without delay. The attitude of some of the call centre agents also leaves much to be desired — there is little professionalism, accountability, or effort to resolve customer issues effectively. I expected clear communication, proper follow-up, and respect for customers’ time and commitments. Sadly, this experience has left me feeling misled and undervalued as a client.
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and concern regarding my recent experience with your visa processing services. I app**** for my first Canadian Visa through your agency, and unfortunately, I have reason to believe that the entire process was a ****. The following issues to your attention: Lack of Communication: If you didn't reach out there was no feedback provided. Unexplained Fees: Before signing up they made it clear that there was a refund should you application not be successful. Hence a couple of months down the line, not even one bit of movement with the application nor an update. When the time came to get some answer, one email was received to state we were not legible for a refund. To this day no feedback. So this truly a **** if you receive abrupt feedback like this. False Promises: This is one big juice story to capture your attention however there are not even goal post in this story. Its all just big talk with no action nor traction. It was made clear that you can apply and look for work remotely from where you are. Never mind all the jobs on the job board are only for citizens or people residing in the country. No Visa Outcome: No result what so ever. Requested feedback and the promised refund. Despite completing all the required documentation and payments, I have not received any confirmation or outcome regarding my visa application. With the large lack of empty promises, it is absolutely crystal clear with the support of no feedback or movement on my application that this fuels my suspicion that this entire process is ONE BIG ****. Don't ever use this company, they just want your money and provide you empty promises.
