I have now raised two separate tickets regarding my refund, which is well overdue beyond the stated 21 working day payout policy. This lack of response and failure to adhere to your own terms is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your service standards. At this point, I will be documenting this as a negative review of your business. I strongly advise others to think carefully before enrolling in any educational courses through this institution, as the administrative processes and customer support require significant improvement.

Emeris misled me regarding the registration process and subsequently changed the requirements without proper communication. I am still awaiting my registration refund, which is now overdue and in breach of your own 21-working-day policy. The lack of clear and timely communication from your organization is unacceptable, and I request immediate resolution of this matter.

Cape town campus graduation is less than a month away and none of us have received any further feedback on our graduation day. We are logging tickets and get told to wait!!!!!! Students from your other campus have received their invitations and their graduation is in May. Cape Town campus is always delayed from registration problems until graduation. Totally unacceptable of Cape town campus Emeris.

Cape town campus graduation is less than a month away and none of us have received any further feedback on our graduation day. We are logging tickets and get told to wait!!!!!! Students from your other campus have received their invitations and their graduation is in May. Cape Town campus is always delayed from registration problems until graduation. Totally unacceptable of Cape town campus Emeris.

When I started in 2023, I was so happy. Everything worke wonderfully...and then everything changed in 2025. My last year was very challenging for various reason but a huge issue was communication. It seems like they made it their business to make it virtually impossible to speak to a human. The culimination is that I am graduating in Cape Town in April 2026 (in 4 weeks) and I still haven't received any information about my graduation day, time or location, where to get graduation attire costs...nothing. We received a 'save the date' flyer identifying 2 possible dates (imagine trying to manage work committments) and that's it. After several logged tickets and emails, all I got an email asking ME to contact THEM on the 31 March if I did not receive the information. Incredibly unprofessional. I paid an extraorindinary amount of money over 3 years to get told that I need to contact them for an administrative task they are responsible for. A confusing fact is that campuses graduating in May have received their invitations and information. Overall, really miserable communication practices. I am so very gald I decided to take my further studies elsewhere.

We have been struggling with online registration and credit transfer for weeks now. No contact numbers and we keep getting referred to different people. We scheduled calls for assistance but no-one calls back. Very frustrating.

I’ve already paid my deposit, yet my Project Management class doesn’t even show on ARC—the platform we’re required to use for our studies. I logged a ticket, but no one has responded. How is it acceptable to pay for a subject and not have access to it? This is not just frustrating, it’s unacceptable. I will not pay for this subject again. Students deserve accountability, not silence. I have proof of everything, lucky you I can't upload photos...
