I went into the Vape Junction in RandPark Ridge, Thursday afternoon, with my brother, around 4pm trying to buy a vape. Not only was the customer service atrocious but the WHITE guy serving me was not happy to serve me at all. He was rude and obnoxious, all in all, it was the worst customer service, I've ever experienced from one of their branches. What I find funny is that, there was 2 white guys and one being served before my brother and I and he was so kind and nice to him. When it was our turn, it was the absolute worst service ever. I tried buying a Vapengine 8000 puffs vape and usually its tested in the shop before you walk out with it. I had tested one and it was pure ****, so he had me test out another one. He sold me a **** vape and wasnt a pleasant person to deal with at all. I had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life at Vapes Junction. From the moment I walked in, I was met with an attitude that was not only hostile but made me feel completely unwelcome. The white male staff member who assisted me behaved in a way that came across as openly rude, dismissive, and racially biased. Instead of helping me as a paying customer, he spoke down to me, made assumptions about what I wanted, and acted as though serving me was an inconvenience. To make things worse, when the product he I went there to buy, turned out to be faulty and ****, I tried to return it, I was told there were no refunds under any circumstances. This policy was used as an excuse to avoid taking responsibility for the issue or even trying to resolve it. DEFECTIVE PRODUCT & COMPLETE DISREGARD FOR CONSUMER RIGHTS Business: Vape Junction Rietfontein Date of Purchase: 28 February 2026 Product: Life Pod Eco Vape Device On 28 February 2026 I purchased a Life Pod Eco vape device from Vape Junction Rietfontein. This product is advertised and sold with an estimated lifespan of approximately 8,000 puffs. Within less than one week of normal, everyday use, the device began producing an unpleasant burnt taste, rendering it completely unusable and unfit for its intended purpose. I returned to the store to report the defect and seek resolution. Rather than being assisted in any reasonable manner, I was met with complete indifference and a refusal to accept any responsibility for the defective product. No replacement, repair, or refund was offered. This is a direct violation of my rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, specifically: ► Section 55 - which guarantees every consumer the right to receive goods of good quality, free of defects, and fit for the purpose for which they are intended and marketed. ► Section 56 - which provides an automatic 6-month imp**** warranty on all goods purchased. Within this period, if goods are found to be defective, the consumer is entitled to a repair, replacement, OR full refund - at the CONSUMER'S discretion, not the retailer's. The store's attempt to dismiss this complaint by classifying the product as a "consumable" holds no legal merit under the CPA. A consumable product is still required to perform as advertised for its stated lifespan. I am calling on Vape Junction Rietfontein to: 1. Immediately replace or refund the defective product 2. Train their staff on South African consumer rights 3. Review their customer service policies To any current or prospective customers reading this - please be aware that based on my experience, this store shows little regard for customers once a sale has been completed. I strongly advise caution before making any purchase here. If you have experienced similar treatment, please just wanted to let you know, know you rights

I ordered online Delivery was fast yet all the liquid had fallen out I contacted them straight away for a refund They said send the bottle back and we will send u a email to email with your banking details. I sent the bottle back and sent a email to the provided email address [email protected] Its been 5 days and still no refund and no response to my msgs they totally ignoring my msgs DONT ORDER ON LINE I feel ****** out of money from them

I went on their website and saw they had juice I want to buy. I drove to the store and when I got there I was told that it's out of stock. This is very unprofessional as it shows that they have it in stock but when you arrive there the don't have it.

My very first online order from vape junction was 03 October 2024, an expired product arrived a few days later (expiry 01 July 2024), this surely cannot be acceptable!

bought an oxvo oxlim pro from these guys. had it a week, then it broke, cant draw and liquid flooded the device. when i went back to the ****y nerdy sleepy idiot who runs the store 9am he wanted to phone his boss, but unf boss was still fkn sleeping lolz, he said, "Jaaaa, Im pretty sure i cant replace or refund it for you" useless service, hopeless business. thats how you loose business and get bankrupt. reputation is everything. idiot boss.

On Saturday I went there to but pods for a oxva... They supp**** the wrong ones that i only new when i opened it and i got a error short...very annoyed I went back and they refuse to give me the owners contact details or to change them...very poor service the young man just says we can't change it...knowing that he was wrong....I will never go back there nor support their business.
