I went into the Vape Junction in RandPark Ridge, Thursday afternoon, with my brother, around 4pm trying to buy a vape. Not only was the customer service atrocious but the WHITE guy serving me was not happy to serve me at all. He was rude and obnoxious, all in all, it was the worst customer service, I've ever experienced from one of their branches. What I find funny is that, there was 2 white guys and one being served before my brother and I and he was so kind and nice to him. When it was our turn, it was the absolute worst service ever. I tried buying a Vapengine 8000 puffs vape and usually its tested in the shop before you walk out with it. I had tested one and it was pure ****, so he had me test out another one. He sold me a **** vape and wasnt a pleasant person to deal with at all. I had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life at Vapes Junction. From the moment I walked in, I was met with an attitude that was not only hostile but made me feel completely unwelcome. The white male staff member who assisted me behaved in a way that came across as openly rude, dismissive, and racially biased. Instead of helping me as a paying customer, he spoke down to me, made assumptions about what I wanted, and acted as though serving me was an inconvenience. To make things worse, when the product he I went there to buy, turned out to be faulty and ****, I tried to return it, I was told there were no refunds under any circumstances. This policy was used as an excuse to avoid taking responsibility for the issue or even trying to resolve it.
