I bought a fridge at the end of March. It was supposed to be delivered on the 2nd of April. Samsung is using a bunch of clowns called Value Express. What a group of useless people who lie like kids. Their stupid back-and-forth got so tiring that I ended up demanding a refund. Seeing that Samsung is not hearing me when I escalate this nut-heads. I asked them to deliver asap. ***? From "we deliver in 2-3 days," it was a week before I got tired. Now it's been over two weeks. Some useless clown from Value Express even had the nerve to tell me on the 2nd, when they were supposed to deliver, that it's none of their business I should contact Samsung, they deliver in 3-5 days. MAYBE PRODUCTS ARE OK, BUT SAMSUNG SERVICE IS ****! Value Express is worse, still trying to find the word to describe this kind of Bull**** from Value Express!
