I have been struggling with the TV Box that I have bought,it has been rebooting every 5 seconds for the past week now it is off. I sent an email to their customer service on last week,they did not respond, I made follow up again om sunday they phoned yesterday telling me that my query has been escalated to a guy named Paul. I am still waiting for Paul to assist me,I sent an email to him yesterday no response,today again still no response,I phoned back the number they used to call me there was no answer. They do not have customer service, for me to struggle like this with no communication from them is so annoying.

I also contacted them on their number, but no answer. Get in touch : Unit 2 CDE, Premium Park 362 Roan Cres, Corporate Park North, Johannesburg, 1685 : [email protected] : +2786 006 1046 This is of the upmost disgusting professional service that I have received, and will now be returning the unit for a refund, of which could have possibly been dealt with and solved with prompt feedback time. Hi, I have the Ultralink router code MAC ********* - IN-**********, scan # ]C******* for my TV, and the light went from "GREEN" to "RED" and has now frozen for 2-days now. I have done everything according to the instructions to no avail. My internet and wi-fi is working on all my other devices, and perhaps there is something wrong with the router device. I please need help and guidance, as I am unable to watch TV. Looking forward to hearing from you. Regards,

Bought an Android TV Box. The DSTV shortcut did not work however the app managed to load from the Settings/Apps menu once. Thereafter it did not load again. It keeps going in a loop to Update the App. I tried logging a request with the Support function on their website which then also goes in to a loop. I get to the end of the submission form, click on "I'm not a Robot", select relevant images, submit request, get "Sending" but then reverts back to "I'm not a Robot". Then I tried calling the number listed on their website but the call does not connect. We do sometimes struggle to connect calls where I live and thought initially that was the case. However, i made 3 calls to other places for pricing I need on something not related and realised this is not the case. I tried contacting the number again 8 times in total over a period of an hour and no luck. I did some test calls to make sure I have connectivity. I also emailed them on Friday to try get some response with assistance and it is Tuesday today. No response. Besides the failing apps, the product itself is not as advertised. The resolution of the output is 4k but the picture quality is 720p or lower. This tested side by side with a 2k device, the 2k device far outperforms the 4K TV UL AGB. I can live with my poor choice of purchase without research but I can not live with the fact that the company, if still existing, offer no support for their products whatsoever at all.

Terrible experience at the sales department. They don't respond to emails until you call them to check your email. I bought a remote control for TV Box and I was assisted by Hope. One day he wasn't in, and no one could help me. The lady told me that if I have a proof of purchase for my old remote, I could claim warranty however when Hope came back, he told me I can't claim warranty because remote control is an accessory. Fast forward I called on a Monday to check if my remote had been dispatched off which he confirmed that he dispatched it the previous Friday and said I should expect delivery on same Monday or Tuesday. I called him on Tuesday asking for the contact details of the courier company and the tracking number for my parcel which he promised to send the information on email. I waited almost the entire day without receiving his email. I kept on calling him without success. Eventually he responded and said he had just sent the details while we were talking on the phone. After we ended the call, I realized that the dispatch was only done on Tuesday. When I call him that's when he confirmed that they only dispatched it on Tuesday.

Interfoto marketing the brand Ultralink. Ultralink Wifi smart plug. Avoid, just save your money. Bought 3 of these products, all failed. One after 3 days of initial setup and no load. I bought an Android TV Box in February. The TV Box is Android 6 software and I had to return it to Hifi Corporation Menlyn, who then sent it to the supplier because the TV Box did not have the Blue App store in it. Ultralink worked on the TV box, did a reset, checked the motherboard and installed the Blue App store aswell as apps like Netflix and DSTVnow. The box was returned to me, however it is still glitchy. Its keeps on saying that the apps Im trying to open is not responding I need to click on close the app or wait. When I watch DSTVnow, 2 minutes into a movie, the app restarts. I have reset this TV box I have tried everything. Bottom line is I bought a box that I am unable to use and Hifi corporation does not want to give my money back so I can buy a different box that I can actually use. I keep on having to drive to the store and the TV Box has to be sent in for repairs again. This is very frustrating!
