Bad for hosts
They do not vet the properties or the guests properly or at all. I have a listing with them and guests can damage and ***** and all they do is call the guest and ask them to pay but they dont. Also their customer care is very bad, nobody talks proper English but their business operates world wide. They have to call you back to verify your account but never do and because of how much of a hassle it is to communicate with them you stop calling and your issue goes unresolved. We should be able to review guests as well.

Ah man where do I begin. I dont regret much in my life but joining this gym makes the list. Virgin active is a huge ****. Do not join this gym. They started giving an option to freeze your membership BUT you still continue to pay 30% until you unfreeze it. They did renovations to the moses mabhida branch but it looks nothing like the marketing pictures they showed us. kings park has been having issues of theft. Sometimes the jacuzzi and steam room at moses mabida will cook you alive or you will shower with cold water or low pressure. I had to change my debit order date from 1st to 15th and they required me to pay double the fee in order to gain access to the gym.

BAD AFTER SALES SERVICE AND CUSTOMER CARE
From the minute I paid I had issues. They say they keep stock they dont really you may wait up to two weeks for your order and they do not communicate in between. After sales service is really really bad, I have lost my patience with them. I had the machine for just under two years and currently its no longer working and I am getting no assistance from them. She takes her own time to reply and has no care in the world about the inconvenience this has on my business.

Clicks flu vaccines causes illness
<p>I received a flu vaccine from clicks but one and a half months ago which they were promoting. Two week later I got the flu and they told me that it was already in my system when they injected me and now I'm sick again for the second time.</p> <p>Their vaccine didnt work if anything it has weakened my immune system instead of doing the opposite. I don't know about vaccines from other places but the ones from clicks are a waste of time and medical aid funds and should be taken off the shelf.</p>
