Terrible store, still waiting for my refund on a order that I ordered in November last year. Contact Payfast at [email protected] and *****@payfast.help for a refund. You will get a ticket number and post,escalate and tweet this ticket number daily until they help you.
If you have not received your TV Box or refunds from this company, follow the steps I took: Email Payfast with your proof of payment and request that they 1) provide you with a refund and 2) stop doing business with the Cinemabox, in order to prevent future victims to get ****med. 3) send them the link of this Hello Peter page so they can see you are not the only one getting ****med by Cinemabox. You will get a ticket number from Payfast, take note of this ticket number because Payfast keeps closing your tickets without resolving your problem. Keep on emailing them by responding to the emails when they close the ticket. Contact Payfast on Twitter with your ticket number and put pressure on them for 1) a refund 2) to stop doing business with this merchant, so future victims do not get ****med. If Payfast stops doing business with Cinemabox, then there will be no way for future victims to pay money to Cinemabox. As the payment Gateway Payfast is enabling *****ulent transactions to happen because they will take your money and future victims money which must be paid to Cinemabox. The only way to stop this ***** is if Payfast does not do business with Cinemabox anymore, so we have to demand that they Payfast stops doing business with Cinemabox. This was my approach and you won't believe it Cinemabox called me today with lots of excuses and offering my TV Box plus a free gift, but I said no thank you, please just refund my money. I am still waiting for my money. Wishing you all the best.
I bought an Android TV Box in February. The TV Box is Android 6 software and I had to return it to Hifi Corporation Menlyn, who then sent it to the supplier because the TV Box did not have the Blue App store in it. Ultralink worked on the TV box, did a reset, checked the motherboard and installed the Blue App store aswell as apps like Netflix and DSTVnow. The box was returned to me, however it is still glitchy. Its keeps on saying that the apps Im trying to open is not responding I need to click on close the app or wait. When I watch DSTVnow, 2 minutes into a movie, the app restarts. I have reset this TV box I have tried everything. Bottom line is I bought a box that I am unable to use and Hifi corporation does not want to give my money back so I can buy a different box that I can actually use. I keep on having to drive to the store and the TV Box has to be sent in for repairs again. This is very frustrating!

Terrible and misleading service from Mondo. I request for an MTN data deal via Mondo, (ordered online). Next thing you know I am signed up for contract policies with Mondo for R299 subscription which I did not sign up for! I asked for a data contract with MTN, nothing else. You taking advantage of customers and I will actually take this up with my lawyer.
