I have been asking Two mountains funeral consultants to process my premiums via debit orders, no update to say what are their challenges with processing the debit order as requested, the last consultant I spoke to on the 28th January 2026 was Cubeko Somfiana, as usual, with their generic responds," I will escalate"
to this day am still awaiting a debit order to be processed on my bank account
am just worried what will happen should I have a family bereavement
This is really appalling
