Poor administration
I have been asking Two mountains funeral consultants to process my premiums via debit orders, no update to say what are their challenges with processing the debit order as requested, the last consultant I spoke to on the 28th January 2026 was Cubeko Somfiana, as usual, with their generic responds," I will escalate" to this day am still awaiting a debit order to be processed on my bank account am just worried what will happen should I have a family bereavement This is really appalling

Disgusted by MTN
Am really disgusted by MTN who offered a contract to someone who fraudelantly took a contract from them using my personal details. I was shocked by debit orders from my bank account. I contact their twitter account and informed them of the debit order that is going off my account and that i do not have a contract with them .they said i must send my id , bank statement and affidavit and proof of res at this email adress [email protected] which i did. That was back in February to date 4months later i still have not received any feedback from them ...all that which they did regardless of all my endeavours was to blacklist me...am super disgusted about this network

Horrendous service from Dstv
Am utterly disgusted by the service am receiving from DSTV, my premium has been deducted and it will be deducted again this month for my compact but I can't enjoy my TV..because my Ds only plays 202 I can't watch the news nor any other channels, as m stuck with this stupid repeats of theirs on 202..they tell me I must take my decoder for testing ,if there was any wrong with the decoder all the channels should be down Moe's!!!they say after that If problem isn't resolved I must call accredited installer...and guess who is gna pay me again...this is so disgusting and poor service of the highest order. Their inept call centre staff just can't help in with. A damn thinggggg!!!!!

I was asissted by Yolandi Prinsloo, wow what a great service she offered, she was so eloquent in her speech and explained every detail with a clear voice, surely if she wanted me to take a very expensive premium i would have said yes, very patient with her clients. she does her job with aplomb
