Tresseme contacted me to say that they need to fetch the product and then they will refund me just to reply and then say they will not refund or do anything as there is nothing wrong with the product and that it was my shampoo and conditioner. But I used Tresseme shampoo and conditioner too. Very disappointed. I have already spent R1200 trying to fix my hair and now I need to cut is off as my stylist said that is the only way to fix it completely. It's a complete waste of time giving then feedback as they will say it is your fault. Very disappointed with them. I will never buy any of their products ever again.

Disappointed
I am so disappointed. I bought the new hair food Botanic. It's been a week and I still cannot wash this product out. My hair is now falling out. My scalp burnt and there are also small soars on my scalp. It's so painful to just brush my hair. My hair is now brittle and extremely dry and damaged. I will have no choice but to cut my long hair. I am so sad and disappointed. All the other tresseme products I used were all great products so when this product came on the shelves I thought let me try it. Biggest mistake ever! I wished I could add photos for you to see in what state my hair is.

Disappointed

Tresemme standards have dropped!
I purchased the Tresemme hairspray number four from clicks at Southway Mall in Durban. I have used it many times before and due it's anti residue effect it never left any white residue after use. After the purchase I did about a month ago from Clicks I noticed that each and every time I made use of it, it left a terrible looking white residue on my hair!

Good customer service
I'm actually reviewing on behalf of my girlfriend. We recently bough their dry shampoo and were very unhappy with it because of the way it left patches in your hair. We called them on their support line and were surprised at how understanding they were and gave us a voucher. We called to make them aware of the issue not to get anything out... Good customer service goes a long way! Thank you. #blackfriday

Good customer service
I'm actually reviewing on behalf of my girlfriend. We recently bough their dry shampoo and were very unhappy with it because of the way it left patches in your hair.
