You guys never disappoint
If I could give this company 10 starts, I will. They are just so on point and very fast. I always make an order in the morning and receive it the very same day. Thank you so much Titan Jet Africa. You never disappoint.

Don't buy button badge presses from this place. Waste of money
Bought a button press badge from them however they hardly ever have stock or the 58mm badges. It's been a few years now that I loose out on work because of this. When you contact them they aren't too bothered.

west rand is better
business was once good but products are becoming inferior. color on thermal mugs just fall off after printing and white mugs dont sublimate properly. sales are slow to sending invoices and when there's complications, they don't resond to messages. dissapointing

NO REFUND IN TWO WEEKS
I used to purchase a lot from Titan, until they did not have stock of the item, so I asked for a refund, 3 days pass and they say they have stock, so I said okay then please give me the stock, 2 days pass, I call and ask as they don't answer their emails at all. And they say no they have stock but the lids don't work so they can't sell it NOT ONCE WAS THIS COMMUNICATED, so I said okay then just refund me, then no payment for 4 days, I call again, no they only do it on Fridays and that'll be their "opportunity" to pay me then. It has now been TWO WEEKS without payment, I've emailed, and they say they going to, I've called, then it's always a long story about how they are doing it. Just this alone, makes me never want to purchase from Titan Jet alone.
