I purchased software from their site only to receive an email two days later saying status of the order has changed to completed, but up until now I have not received anything?
VERY VERY BAD SERVICE!! NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL WITH CLIENTS! NOT THE FIRST TIME ANICA SLIPS WITH SENDING ORDERS!! WORDS CANT EVEN DISCRIBE THIS PETHETIC COMPANY!!
Very bad after sales service. Refuse to replace faulty goods. not customers responsibility to sort out with the courier. they send the courier so it is there responsibility to replace the faulty goods and claim back from the courier. and this is not the first time. very bad.
