I used to purchase a lot from Titan, until they did not have stock of the item, so I asked for a refund, 3 days pass and they say they have stock, so I said okay then please give me the stock, 2 days pass, I call and ask as they don't answer their emails at all. And they say no they have stock but the lids don't work so they can't sell it NOT ONCE WAS THIS COMMUNICATED, so I said okay then just refund me, then no payment for 4 days, I call again, no they only do it on Fridays and that'll be their "opportunity" to pay me then. It has now been TWO WEEKS without payment, I've emailed, and they say they going to, I've called, then it's always a long story about how they are doing it. Just this alone, makes me never want to purchase from Titan Jet alone.
