Ongoing failure to provide student results and serious privacy concerns

I have been trying to obtain my son’s Grade 2 (2023) Student Results from Think Digital Academy since 15 December 2025.

Despite multiple follow-ups over several months, I have not received the requested information.

Instead: - I was repeatedly sent the wrong documents (year reports instead of student results) - On more than one occasion, I was sent another student’s personal information, which is a serious privacy concern - My requests were often ignored or not properly addressed

This has now been ongoing for close to 5 months, with no resolution.

Due to the lack of support, poor communication, and the handling of sensitive student information, I have lost confidence in the school’s administration.

I have since had to proceed without these records and will be documenting this lack of support in my son’s academic portfolio.

In addition, I have requested to be removed from all communications, as we are no longer part of the school.

This experience has been extremely disappointing and concerning.
