I have been trying to obtain my son’s Grade 2 (2023) Student Results from Think Digital Academy since 15 December 2025. Despite multiple follow-ups over several months, I have not received the requested information. Instead: - I was repeatedly sent the wrong documents (year reports instead of student results) - On more than one occasion, I was sent another student’s personal information, which is a serious privacy concern - My requests were often ignored or not properly addressed This has now been ongoing for close to 5 months, with no resolution. Due to the lack of support, poor communication, and the handling of sensitive student information, I have lost confidence in the school’s administration. I have since had to proceed without these records and will be documenting this lack of support in my son’s academic portfolio. In addition, I have requested to be removed from all communications, as we are no longer part of the school. This experience has been extremely disappointing and concerning.
From the very first interaction, our experience with this panelbeater has been unacceptable. We initially corresponded via email to confirm when to bring in our car. On the day we arrived, we asked when we could pick it up and were laughed at with a casual “two weeks.” We reluctantly agreed, as we had no other option. The car was completed in a little over a week, though with some issues. When we went to collect it, the original staff member could not answer basic questions about the work done. We pointed out scratches, and only then was another staff member called in, the only person we met who was actually helpful. He resolved the scratches and assured us the dashboard issue would be fixed, and that they would call us to bring the car back for a few hours of work. We had to follow up repeatedly, eventually insisting on email communication due to our lack of trust. Communication over the phone has been extremely poor; the staff are passive-aggressive, dismissive, and at times quite rude. After multiple delays, we were finally told we could bring the car in on a Thursday. We declined waiting at the workshop as we needed to return to work. Follow-ups continued to yield little or no response, and on Friday we were told the car would be ready Monday, which never happened. Tuesday has passed with no updates despite continuous attempts to reach them. At this point, we are desperate and do not trust this place at all. While some of the repair work may be acceptable, the complete lack of communication, repeated delays, and rude, passive-aggressive behavior make this business impossible to recommend.
I had an incorrect order on the 21st of the month and still to today I still have to keep phoning and emailing them every time I get told to wait a few days and then nothing. If I contact them again I have the same story every time, I can not believe that the support team and division are functioning like this.
No support, no communication. We have been requesting a cancelation for months, they just went quite, today our line dropped to only find out that our line is suspended?? but we have been paying... WOW this is really just useless, we are all working from home! we have tried talking to everyone and just get get no feedback.. do yourself a favour and stay far away from this company!!!
