STOLEN FONE FOR THE GUEST

I was in the training from 16.03.2022 to 27.0.2022 I had two fone I was using other one and left my other cellphone in my room 346 in a drawer, every afternoon I was checking my old phone Huawei J9 if there was any emails only to find there was no phone in a drawer on the 26th, I dd report immediately to reception and I was only told that "it is for the first time something lost there and they are not thieves" there was important docs there and also important info, and the card was for contract and I have to do. Sim swap for 150.00 because of thief that hired by The Lakes. AND I was not sharing a room
