No After Sales Service - Warranty Claim
I have been requesting for repairs through Big Chill Commercial Refrigeration since the beginning of December, I then tracked down The Fridge Factory ( the suppliers) myself and it is days later and still I have a fridge I could cook in!<br> At this rate this warranty will be over and my bar closed before anything gets done!<br> <br> Our company has suffered loss of income because of this and we are losing our clientele to other establishments that can offer cold beers - as that is the purpose of having a bar fridge.

My apologies once again for the inconvenience caused .
We assure you that this is not how fridge factory deals with their customers .
We have however since the 13th been in contact with you and have managed to resolve this issue by replacing the beverage cooler .
We hope that us keeping our commitment of getting this issue resolved by the 14th will gain you back as a valued customer .
In replacing your unit we assure you that TFFW - put their customers first .
This was an unfortunate experience - but assure you this is not common practice.
