No After Sales Service - Warranty Claim
I have been requesting for repairs through Big Chill Commercial Refrigeration since the beginning of December, I then tracked down The Fridge Factory ( the suppliers) myself and it is days later and still I have a fridge I could cook in!<br> At this rate this warranty will be over and my bar closed before anything gets done!<br> <br> Our company has suffered loss of income because of this and we are losing our clientele to other establishments that can offer cold beers - as that is the purpose of having a bar fridge.

No After Sales Service
We purchased a bar double door fridge for our bar on the 18th March 2015.<br> We only received the fridge the beginning of May 2015.<br> I have have tried to contact Big Chill Commercial Refrigeration to notify them that our NEW fridge is not working after 7 months and to find out who we need to contact in Port Elizabeth for the repairs for over a week now.<br> <br> Not impressed at all and the most important part of selling a product like this is your after sales service.<br>
