A Scam by The Capital Pearls, they promise with no questions asked that they would beat any price that does not march the la Famila rate, Bookings.com on both occasions beat there price. Spoke to the consultant at The Capital Pearls very unhelpful and disgraceful, when questioned I am just provided with all kinds of excuses that make no sense. Its clear from my dealings with The Capital Pearls they are out to scam there clients. Hugely disappointed and disguised with there service and support

it is unfortunate that it has come to me ranting on social media but wow - what a shocking experience! from noisy rooms, to no breakfast and no notification about that. to the worst part of all - BED BUGS / SCABIES!!!!!! after sending numerous emails, with photographs of what my body actually looks like, to the amount spent on Doctors bills - still nothing from the hotel but a pathetic apology! it is a disgrace that you did not one even offer some sort of compensation. instead it was "we are so sorry" and our report confirms there are no bed bugs. Did you see my body???? did you see the pictures???? i will never, ever, in a million years stay at the CAPITAL MIRAGE, DE WATERKANT STREET in Cape Town, or at any Capital for that matter. Outrageous behaviour and total lack of customer relations!!!!

My cousin and I stayed at this establishment during December, we checked in on the 6th of December and checked out on the 7th of December. They were meant to refund us back our R1500 and till this day they have not. They have been sending us from pillar to post about it, requesting documents over and over again and keep sending us to the bank as well. Im totally disappointed at their service and I would never ever recommend anyone else to stay there EVER

My wife and I made a booking at The Capital 20 West over Christmas 2015 and decided to give this hotel a trial/test run this weekend. We did this due to past experiences where other establishments do not deliver what they post on their websites. The Capital 20 West exceeds what they promote on their website. We were not let down due to a superb hotel with spacious rooms and enjoyable breakfasts. When we checked out on Sunday November 22nd 2015 we requested the same room for December 2015 and our request was honoured, without hesitation. On a scale of 1 to 10 The Capital 20 West scores a perfect 10! Kind regards Annalie &

The customer service at this hotel is unacceptable. The managers are not helpful, they refuse to solve issues and beat around the bush about it. I stayed there for a week and quite frankly it was a waste of money. The food was horrible, it actually made us sick. There was a night when leftovers were served at the buffet, really? A hotel in the middle of Sandton? Unacceptable! Never going back there.
