My wife and I made a booking at The Capital 20 West over Christmas 2015 and decided to give this hotel a trial/test run this weekend. We did this due to past experiences where other establishments do not deliver what they post on their websites. The Capital 20 West exceeds what they promote on their website. We were not let down due to a superb hotel with spacious rooms and enjoyable breakfasts. When we checked out on Sunday November 22nd 2015 we requested the same room for December 2015 and our request was honoured, without hesitation. Victor Nel was very patient with my acceptance of their quote as my relocation was delayed.On the appointed date of relocation the team arrived on time in Pretoria and very quickly Vusi and his team assisted us to box our belongings and load all.<br> Yesterday (Saturday September 26th 2015) the team arrived early morning at our new Nelspruit home.Everything was off-loaded within 2 hours.The truck left at 11am and 3 hours later (at 2pm) my wife and I had unpacked all and was relaxing in front of the TV,watching sport. <br> <br> Well done to the A team at Biddulphs! I damaged my own car on Thursday 10th September 2015. On Friday 11th September 2015 I phoned Outsurance early morning and the call was taken by Donovan. I informed him that it was my own fault and no one else could be blamed for my stupidity. Without hesitation Donovan took all details and the very same day my Audi was assessed by an appointed assessor. This was followed up with subsequent calls and emails and finally an appointment with appointed panel beater. I'm too glad to pay access and have my car restored.<br> <br> The awesome service I experienced is contradictory to friends and family who are insured by competitor insurers. Believe me, I am now probably one of the biggest ambassadors for Outsurance and will continue to promote them.<br> <br> A sincere thanks to Outsurance for going the extra mile and to believe in me when I was honest with them. My wife was discharged Thursday June 11th 2015 after being operated for breast cancer.Our emotional journey to recovery was supported right from the security guard,admissions counter,ward secretary and nursing staff.Even the hospital manager popped in to wish us luck.<br> Sr Lungi went out of her way to care for my wife and we cannot thank her enough.The final tick in the right box was when I realized I had forgotten my wallet and exit pass in the Ward.When I entered the Ward my wallet was lying on top the nurses' counter.Another proof of Netcare staff practicing their company's values.I wanted to score Femina Hospital a 10 our of 10 but I need to know.<br> Is 11 out of 10 acceptable?Well done team!!!
