I have payed my account using the link they have sent me , on 3 separate payments. Unfortunately my account was handed over to Vertex solution, I have been asking them to send the updated statement to Vertex since the 13 of May , they just send email saying the matter has been resolved. I’m struggling now to settle my account because of their delay . It’s really hard dealing with them

Should not even get 1 star. Poor service or rather no service. Shocking! I wanted to inform Ackermans that my cell number had to ne amended and card was blocked due to consultant saying failed security questions which was not the case. Now 2 weeks later after submitting required documents card still not unblocked!!!!

These people are absolutely horrible with service delivery, they don't give you service in order for you to default on payments. A total ****. I paid my Ackermans account about 2 weeks okay via Ozow. I used my bank account number as the reference instead of my ackermans account number for my payment. So for my payment to be linked to my name I've been emailing and calling Tenacity (accounts department for ackermans) for the last 2 weeks without any help. They just keep on saying they want an sms from my bank app. Which I explained can only be sent during the moment you're making the payment and not afterwards. I have my bank statement, screenshots and everything, even the bank account reference showing its paid from my account but they say its not enough proof as to it being my payment. I am totally shocked and flabbergasted during this "festive" season, how big legal companies get away with *****ing from SA citizens. [email protected] [email protected] [email protected] [email protected] [email protected] None of them care to sort this out. The payment is due tomorrow (paid 2 weeks early), just for it to be late tomorrow because none of them want to link the payment to the account as part of the whole ****. I wonder how many customers this is happening to.

I want to express my deep concern and frustration regarding a *****ulent account that has been opened in my name. Despite contacting your call centre twice, I have yet to receive meaningful assistance—only vague responses and no clear path to resolution. spent hours on phone calls to your call centre and going to the Refinery store because apparently it was opened with Refinery account. Without getting any assistance and urgency for resolution. If your organization is truly committed to preventing ***** and protecting customers, I urge you to explain how such an account could be opened so easily under my identity, yet resolving it now proves so difficult and time-consuming. This matter is causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience, and I request that it be escalated and resolved as a priority. Please confirm receipt of this message and advise on the next steps to ensure this *****ulent account is closed and my name cleared.

I’m so disgusted by the service I received from Tekkietown. I made a payment on the 29 August 2025, and mistakenly made an error with one number on the card. I have sent the required documents for this to rectified. I sent the documents on th 6th Septembe2025 and they said they will rectify this within 5-7 working days but today is the 15 of September but still the problem has not be rectified. When a called the call centre I spoke to a very rude Agent by the name Jaiden who was very rude, I’m so disgusted by their service
