I have payed my account using the link they have sent me , on 3 separate payments. Unfortunately my account was handed over to Vertex solution, I have been asking them to send the updated statement to Vertex since the 13 of May , they just send email saying the matter has been resolved. I’m struggling now to settle my account because of their delay . It’s really hard dealing with them
I have taken a loan from them, one of the consultants phoned me to make a payment arrangement of R350 , I received a call on the 27 of December 2023. I made a payment of total of R400 on the 28 December 2023, using the same link they sent. The money has not been allocated to my statement till today. I have called, sent messages on WhatsApp, sent emails . And every time their consultant calls I need to explain my story again. This will reflect bad in my credit and I’m frustrated.
African bank they don’t care about their customers. I’m trying to make a rent payment and my bills I just found out my account is on hold . This is bull**** I’m going through this the second time .
My account is put on hold without further explanations of what going on and how long must I wait for my account to be open. I'm soo broken because my life is on hold now . My salary is in this bank but now I'm in debt because I cannot use my money.
