They are starting to manipulate the "oats n krrunch cookies" biscuit size and quality!!! We buy it every week and today I noticed the change!!! Half of this pack is visibly smaller then the rest and the quality is not how it normally is. It's very disappointing to see how companies downgrade once they reach a high customer mark. Quality and quantity downgrades, it's manipulation and crockery at its best. They must know what they are doing because why would a machine with a specific cookie cutter (which I assume they cut in bulk) suddenly cut some of the biscuits smaller then the rest. It's wrong!!!
These people are absolutely horrible with service delivery, they don't give you service in order for you to default on payments. A total ****. I paid my Ackermans account about 2 weeks okay via Ozow. I used my bank account number as the reference instead of my ackermans account number for my payment. So for my payment to be linked to my name I've been emailing and calling Tenacity (accounts department for ackermans) for the last 2 weeks without any help. They just keep on saying they want an sms from my bank app. Which I explained can only be sent during the moment you're making the payment and not afterwards. I have my bank statement, screenshots and everything, even the bank account reference showing its paid from my account but they say its not enough proof as to it being my payment. I am totally shocked and flabbergasted during this "festive" season, how big legal companies get away with *****ing from SA citizens. [email protected] [email protected] [email protected] [email protected] [email protected] None of them care to sort this out. The payment is due tomorrow (paid 2 weeks early), just for it to be late tomorrow because none of them want to link the payment to the account as part of the whole ****. I wonder how many customers this is happening to.
Worst people out there. Don't ever trust them. I didn't receive the order nor did I receive a refund. They are a complete ****.
They are absolutely horrible, the biggest money takers out there. They take your money then ignore your emails. The contact number doesn't even work. Avoid avoid avoid...I needed skin ointment very urgently, it's been weeks with no response. So heartless that they won't even communicate. It was easy to take the money, now they are just gone. Akamai SA/Beeglow (supplier) are selling expired goods to the public through Makro. I bought sweet celebration fondant from Makro, it expired long ago so because of them I was unable to bake a cake on time. Very poor service from AkamaiSA when liasing with Makro too. Stay clear when seeing that suppliers name on Makro.
They are always absolutely slow, typical South-African service. I 100% prefer Buffalo couriers above Imile because at least they match China's quick service. Very poor service, they delivered to me many times and it's always the same case. So no matter how much Shein/China rushes to get their deliveries out Imile will delay the whole process in Ekuruleni (Gauteng). I wish China can just send Buffalo with my orders.
Absolutely horrible with their communication and deliveries. I ordered 2 items that was on sale for someones birthday. I received communication (one time) that the delivery was on its way to me, that was almost 2 weeks ago. I emailed them and received no feedback, after emailing a 3rd time they said that they will investigate why the courier didn't deliver (there was no delivery attempt at all cause I'm always home..and no call, nothing). The email further stated that they can offer me a refund or I must replace my order. So now I must replace the order for something that is not on sale anymore...nevermind that it's already passed the persons birthday for whom the gift is intended. I am highly disappointed in the clicks group as their service is very poor. They've been around for so long then these South African retailers want to cry when when we make use of overseas retailers such as Shein and Temu. These places are so far away but I've never encountered what I'm going through with clicks at the moment. They have a don't care attitude.
