I walked into Tafelberg Furnishers around 13:00 in an absolute panic. I had just been ****med by a completely separate business for 3 weeks and was left without a bed, creating a genuine emergency where I desperately needed one delivered that exact same day. Franscois Swanepoel helped me through the entire process from start to finish. He found me a fantastic bed in my price range on sale. Understanding the crisis I was in, he made a special call and miraculously arranged for an emergency afternoon delivery. I want to make it very clear that I don't know if same-day delivery is their standard policy, but Franscois went completely out of his way to help me out of a terrible spot.
